GARDENIA VILLA is 795 square feet and is located canal front and just a few steps away from our private beach on the Atlantic Ocean.
This one bedroom one bath villa offers a fully furnished kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker.
The living area has two queen sofa sleepers and opens to the screened dining area.
The master bedroom includes one king bed a private furnished terrace overlooking our canal and a beautiful French balcony.
The canal side fire pit is a great spot to relax and spend time with family and friends.
Enjoy a refreshing dip in one of our two swimming pools where you will have access to the communal/shared Pool House with washroom, bar area, fridge, ice maker and gas BBQ grill.
Our exclusive patio stone walkway will guide you through our lush Caribbean vegetation to the beautiful GRACE BAY BEACH and Atlantic Ocean.
Umbrellas, sun loungers, chairs and tables are provided for you overlooking the beach and ocean.
Local calls, daily fresh towels, trash removal and midweek full cleaning service is provided at no extra charge.
Since the living room area in Gardenia Villa has 2 queen size sofa sleepers, the villa can in fact sleep up to 6 people.
